Cancelation Policy

We require a 72-hour notice for the cancellation of your scheduled service. Clients cancelling with less than a 72-hour notice will be charged the amount of their deposit for services.

If there is any area that you feel like we missed we will have one of our cleaning technicians return to fix that area of concern.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

In the event this happens our well-trained cleaning technicians will evaluate the space to see if we can clean the property in a reasonable amount of time. If it is decided that the property can be cleaned by one cleaning technician, we will add an additional hour to your minimum time frame.

If it is decided that your property truly requires two cleaning technicians, we will provide you with the choice to reschedule your appointment with no added fees.

Yes, we do require a deposit on all services offered. All deposits are refundable if your service is cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled service. All deposits are due upon booking.
