We require a 72-hour notice for the cancellation of your scheduled service. Clients cancelling with less than a 72-hour notice will be charged the amount of their deposit for services.
Luminary proudly stands behind our services and our #1 priority is your happiness. Therefore, we have a 24 hour cleaning warranty in place for all of our customers who are not 100% satisfied. If there is any area that you feel like we missed we will have one of our cleaning technicians return to fix that area of concern.

The main difference is that power washing uses highly pressurized steam to do the cleaning while pressure washing just uses unheated tap water, without the help of a heating element. Luminary offers both power washing and pressure washing.
In the event this happens our well-trained cleaning technicians will evaluate the space to see if we can clean the property in a reasonable amount of time. If it is decided that the property can be cleaned by one cleaning technician, we will add an additional hour to your minimum time frame.
If it is decided that your property truly requires two cleaning technicians, we will provide you with the choice to reschedule your appointment with no added fees.
